BMC Lawyers would like to advise clients, collegues and business friends of some changes to our senior staff effective from 1 July 2020.

After nearly 45 years of service our Senior Principal John McCardle has moved into a Consultants role and Nicola Tutt and Greg McCardle have joined Nikki Coulston as Firm Principals.

Nicola Tutt specialises in family, criminal and local government regulatory matters while Greg McCardle specialises in employment law, estate planning, trusts and residential property conveyancing.

John obtained his law degree from Victoria University in 1975 and has been a Principal in various Hutt Valley and Kapiti law firms for over 30 years. After setting up McCardle Law Solutions he was instrumental in merging a number of other Kapiti Firms to form our predecessor firm of Breaden McCardle Chubb in 2007.

John has been a vital part of the BMC family and his contribution to the firm has been enormous. In his new Consultants role he will continue to support the firm and assist his clients alongside our other legal advisors.

As many of you will know, John is a wonderful family man and he is looking forward to having more free time to enjoy with his family and friends as well as spending more time on his bike and at the golf club.
